Common Issues:
I need help to setup my email account.
1. Open the Mail app by clicking the Windows Start menu and choosing Mail.
2. If this is the first time you’ve opened the Mail app, you’ll see a Welcome page. Select Add account to get started.
3. If you’ve used the Mail app before, at the bottom of the left navigation pane, select Settings , and then choose Manage Accounts.
Note: On a phone or tablet, tap the three dots at the bottom of the page to access Settings.
4. Select Add account.
5. Under Choose the type of the account you want to add, select Advanced setup.
- You may need to scroll down the Add an account dialog box to view all options.
6. Under Advanced Setup screen, click Internet email.
7. Under Internet email account, enter the required information as per indicated under the below table.

8.If you are using alternative SMTP port, please append the port value after the outgoing mail server hostname eg mail.abc.com:366.

Ensure the following values are checked:
Outgoing server requires authentication
Use the same username and password for sending email
9. After you’ve entered the required information, click Sign in > Done.
