Common Issues:

I need help to setup my email account.


1. Open the Outlook for iOS app on your iOS device.

2. Select Add Account to add one of your existing email accounts.

3. Under Add Account menu, enter your email address in the E-mail address field. Tap Add Account button when done.

4. Outlook may attempt to auto-detect your email account settings. Wait for the Set Up Account Manually button to appear on-screen, and then tap Set Up Account Manually button to continue.

5. Under Select your email provider menu, select IMAP. (Note: As of 2024 Outlook app on IOS no longer supports the creation of POP3 accounts on Outlook)

6. Under IMAP settings, please use your email address for IMAP Username and SMTP Username. The same password details should be used for both IMAP Password and SMTP Password.
