AnyDesk is a remote desktop application that can be installed on Apple/Macintosh laptops.

Pre-Requisites:
1. 10.13 High Sierra & newer (Sep 2017)

1. Please use the above corresponding URLs to download Anydesk app for your PC (Windows/MacOs). MacOS users: Please take note to allow additional permissions.

2. Open the downloaded file to launch Anydesk app.

3. Locate the 9 or 10 digit code listed under This Desk box. By default This Desk box is located at top left corner of Anydesk app.

4. Pass the 9 or 10 digit code to WM staff to initiate remote access connection.

5. You will be asked a few times by Anydesk app to allow or share permission for incoming connection. Press Accept to allow access.
